Job summary

ONEOK, Inc. is seeking a Payables Analyst II in Tulsa for a hybrid role reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager. SAP Ariba or Oracle experience is preferred, with in-office work Monday through Thursday and remote Fridays.

The role will perform complex AP activities, investigate discrepancies, and support month-end close while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize invoice-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Two+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience.
• Experience with invoice processing, account reconciliations, and exception resolution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process moderate to high complexity invoices, including non standard transactions.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, exceptions, and escalated issues.
• Support month end close activities, including accruals and reconciliations.
• Troubleshoot workflow and system issues within defined AP procedures.
• Contribute to initiatives that strengthen AP execution and related processes.
• Provide guidance to less experienced team members.
• Perform reconciliation of accounts payable ledgers and related accounts.
