Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, medical front office, administrative support, or virtual assistance.
• Excellent telephone skills.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Previous experience with medical software preferred.
• Available and flexible with your hours.
• Time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients virtually while providing outstanding customer service.
