HonorHealth is seeking a Patient Experience Analyst to serve as the enterprise data steward for patient experience information. You will partner with Analytics and the Patient Experience organization to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and actionable insights.

The role focuses on governance, reporting, and insight enablement. You will work with Press Ganey and Power BI, translating experience data into leadership-ready recommendations. Hybrid work in Arizona preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's in Analytics, Health Informatics, Public Health, Business, Data Science, or related field or 4 years equivalent experience.
• 3 years Analytics, reporting, data stewardship, performance improvement, or related experience required.
• Experience serving as an intake or coordination point for data-related requests and translating data into insights preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the enterprise data steward for patient experience data by maintaining mappings and auditing data to ensure accuracy.
• Act as intake point for Press Ganey-related activity and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Design, maintain, and support patient experience reporting and dashboards using Power BI.
• Translate patient experience data into actionable insights by analyzing trends and communicating findings to leadership.
• Enable advanced analytics and AI-enabled capabilities in collaboration with Analytics and partners.
• Collaborate with Patient Experience, Quality, Nursing, and Clinical leaders to align metrics with outcomes.
• Support governance forums and leadership discussions to drive improvements.
• Automate data workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
