Orthopedic One is seeking a Data Analyst, Patient Accounts, to transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights that drive financial and operational decisions. You will develop reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions under the direction of the Manager, Data Analytics.

The role emphasizes data quality, collaboration with leadership, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Ohio residency is required, with hybrid work after a 90-day intro period.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Three or more years of experience in data analytics, BI, or reporting.
• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle or patient accounts preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel required; Tableau/Alteryx or similar tools preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze revenue cycle data, create reports and dashboards to monitor performance.
• Develop data-driven insights to support operational and financial decisions.
• Transform and cleanse data for scalable reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytics solutions.
• Document data sources, rules, and methodologies for transparency and reuse.
• Produce automated reporting and visualizations to improve decision-making.
