Job summary

Boston Children's Hospital is seeking a Patient Experience Representative to support administrative operations and front desk services for the Immunology department. You will coordinate services to patients and families to ensure the best possible experience, and may rotate to greet patients and visitors.

Responsibilities include scheduling, handling calls, reconciling payments, and collaborating with financial counseling.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and provide empathy in difficult interpersonal situations.
