The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, strong knowledge of U.S. patent procedures, and excellent organizational skills. The position offers a hybrid work schedule post-training and an annual salary range of $70,000-$90,000.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of patent prosecution legal assistant experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. patent prosecution procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal software.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage patent dockets and monitor deadlines.
• Prepare shell patent applications and prosecution-related documents.
• Assist with USPTO filings and correspondence.
• Draft, revise, and proofread legal documents.
• Maintain client files and matter records.
• Support attorneys with expense reports, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
