The position offers two shifts (9:00–5:30 or 11:00–7:30) and a hybrid/onsite schedule with a base annual pay range of $85,000 to $104,000, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of patent prosecution experience in a professional services environment; OR, 9+ years in a law firm.
• Comprehensive knowledge of international patent law rules and USPTO procedures.
• Strong experience with electronic filing procedures with USPTO and/or international patent offices.
• Ability to prepare and file U.S. and national stage applications, PCT applications, and responses in the PTO.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn IP systems.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate U.S. and international patent filings with client teams.
• Monitor deadlines and assist attorneys with information and materials.
• Prepare formalities for USPTO and international filings.
• Draft correspondence to clients, foreign counsel, and others.
• Maintain complete and accurate case and billing data.
• Provide guidance to junior paralegals as needed.
• Attend patent prosecution trainings and other professional development.
