Job summary

Brown University is seeking a Partner Engagement Manager in the Center for Career Exploration. You will help build connections with alumni, employers, and Brown students to create internships, mentoring, and meaningful career experiences.

The role coordinates on-campus and virtual events, manages communications and data, and aligns employer engagement with BrownConnect+ and Handshake. A Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination.
• Experience in higher education preferred.
• Preferred: Software systems and/or event planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support events and activities for all partner engagement programs including employer recruiting and alumni programs.
• Coordinate development of new employer and alumni networks to provide increased opportunities.
• Manage on-campus and virtual recruitment events and assist with alumni mentoring programs.
• Oversee administrative operations and communications for the Partner Engagement team and the BrownConnect+/Handshake systems.
