Job summary

Brown University invites applications for a Partner Engagement Manager at The Lizzie and Jonathan Tisch Center for Career Exploration. The role focuses on building employer and alumni networks, coordinating events, and providing mentoring connections to Brown students.

You will manage on-campus and virtual recruitment events, oversee communications, data tracking, and collaboration with campus partners to align career exploration with Brown's Open Curriculum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in higher education or a related area.
• Experience with coordinating events and programs is preferred.
• Familiarity with software systems used for events, communications and data tracking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage events and program operations for partner engagement programs, including employer recruiting and alumni events.
• Develop and support new employer and alumni networks to increase opportunities for Brown students.
• Oversee administrative operations and communications for the Partner Engagement team, including invitations, postings, billing, and data collection.
• Support Brown's Career Center initiatives and represent the Center's mission in collaboration with campus partners.
