Job summary

Bright Achievements in New Jersey is seeking compassionate clinicians to join our team. We welcome LACs and MSWs to provide evidence-based mental health services to children, adolescents, and families in school-based settings, including ASD Level 1 cases.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, develop treatment plans, and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation. The role supports supervision for LACs and offers professional growth within a dynamic clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in New Jersey OR Master’s in Social Work (MSW).
• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or Social Work.
• Experience or interest in working with children with ASD Level 1.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and ethical care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family counseling sessions in school-based, clinic, and community settings.
• Deliver counseling services to children with ASD Level 1, supporting social, emotional, and behavioral development.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with evidence-based practices.
• Document clinical sessions and maintain accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including school staff, to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development (for LACs).
• Support families, clients, and external stakeholders in achieving treatment goals.
