Qualifications

• Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in New Jersey OR Master’s in Social Work (MSW).
• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or Social Work.
• Experience or interest in working with children with ASD Level 1.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and ethical care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family counseling sessions in school-based, clinic, and community settings.
• Deliver counseling services to children with ASD Level 1, supporting social, emotional, and behavioral development.

Job Description
As a clinician at Bright Achievements, you will provide evidence-based mental health services to children, adolescents, and families. This role may include working directly with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), specifically Level 1, within a school-based setting. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, support behavioral and emotional goals, and monitor client progress. Clinicians will engage with families, schools, and other providers to ensure continuity of care while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
