Job summary

Bright Achievements is seeking compassionate clinicians to join our New Jersey team. We welcome LACs and MSWs to provide evidence-based mental health services to children, adolescents, and families in school-based settings.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress while maintaining HIPAA compliance. This role offers professional supervision and growth within a supportive environment, with a hybrid, part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in New Jersey or Master’s in Social Work (MSW).
• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or Social Work.
• Experience or interest in working with children with ASD, Level 1.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family counseling sessions in school-based, clinic, and community settings.
• Deliver counseling services to children with ASD Level 1, supporting social, emotional, and behavioral development.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with evidence-based practices.
• Document clinical sessions and maintain accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including school staff, to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development (for LACs).
• Support families, clients, and external stakeholders in achieving treatment goals.
