Qualifications

• Current New Jersey LAC license in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Ability to provide individual counseling via telehealth to adults and/or adolescents.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build therapeutic rapport.
• Knowledge of evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, person-centered, solution-focused, trauma-informed).
• Timely and accurate clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans).
• Familiarity with telehealth technology, EHRs, and digital platforms.
• Ability to manage a part-time caseload independently and maintain boundaries.
• Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and cultural responsiveness.
• Willingness to participate in regular clinical supervision and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to adults/adolescents via telehealth.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and progress notes.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and case consultation.
• Coordinate with other providers when appropriate and authorized.
