Job summary

LifeStance Health in Indiana is seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists for a part-time, 15–20 hour weekly role. Hybrid work is available with strong in-office presence and telehealth options to serve community needs.

Clinicians must be fully licensed in Indiana (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC), with experience with adults and/or children/adolescents. The position emphasizes flexible scheduling, productivity-based compensation, and supportive administration to enable high-quality outpatient care.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed in Indiana (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC).
• Experience working with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Hybrid work model; in-office presence required at least 50% to support community needs.
• Dependently licensed clinicians not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health therapy in a hybrid model.
• Collaborate with clinical team and participate in training sessions.
• Manage caseload with flexibility and maintain patient care quality.
