Job summary

LifeStance Health in Indiana is seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists for a part-time hybrid role (15–20 hours weekly). Telemedicine and in-person care are supported, with at least 50% in-office presence to support community needs.

Applicants must be fully licensed in Indiana (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) and experienced with adults and/or children and adolescents. Training Monday–Thursday and flexible scheduling are provided, with productivity-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Indiana as LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
• Experience with adult, and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Hybrid role—telemedicine & in-person care available.
• Not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.
