Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking licensed mental health therapists for a part-time hybrid role in the Greater Mishawaka area. The position supports both telehealth and in-office sessions, with a minimum 50% in-office presence to meet community partner needs.

Clinicians must be fully licensed in Indiana (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC) and experienced with adults and/or children/adolescents. Flexible scheduling and strong admin support are provided to maintain work–life balance.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed as LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC in Indiana.
• Experience with adults and/or children/adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health therapy.
• Deliver care in a hybrid setting (telemedicine and in-person).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patients.
