Job summary

The Metropolitan Opera is seeking enthusiastic Part-Time Customer Care Representatives for the Inbound Call Center. The role involves handling inbound inquiries, processing ticket orders, and drivingMembership sales while maintaining account details.

This is a part-time, hybrid position with up to 40 hours per week depending on the schedule. Ideal candidates will have strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, nonprofit arts environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with digital systems; Tessitura or CRM experience preferred.
• Flexible scheduling with ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries with exceptional service.
• Process ticket orders and memberships; handle account maintenance.
• Upsell to additional performances, advanced memberships, and products as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate customer records and manage follow-ups as needed.
• Support quality standards and contribute to a positive Met experience for patrons.
