Your Part-Time Controller, LLC (YPTC) is a national leader in outsourced nonprofit accounting and is seeking a hands-on Controller. You will guide client engagements across the Greater Boston area and beyond, collaborating with boards and finance committees to improve reporting, controls, and operations.

Successful candidates bring nonprofit accounting experience, strong Excel, and the ability to manage multiple clients in a hybrid, full-time role.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
• 5–7+ years of accounting experience with nonprofit or similar sectors preferred.
• Experience in remote work environments is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to lead multiple client engagements.

Responsabilidades

• Guide nonprofit client financial departments to improve mission alignment.
• Produce financial reports for management, boards, and funders.
• Implement improvements to accounting, controls, and processes.
• Handle AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, month-end close, and workpapers.
• Oversee grant management, budgeting, forecasting, and audits.
