You will support compensation programs, market analysis, and strategic pay initiatives, partnering with HR and leaders to deliver data-driven recommendations and controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in compensation analysis and market pricing.
• Strong ability to develop compensation models and reports.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with HRIS and compensation management systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Research market compensation data and perform job evaluations to benchmark positions.
• Contribute to design and enhancement of salary structures and compensation programs.
• Create and manage compensation models to evaluate different pay scenarios.
• Support annual compensation review processes including merit increases and budgeting.
• Analyze bonus and incentive programs for alignment with objectives.
• Develop analytics, dashboards, and templates to support leadership decisions.
• Audit HRIS and compensation data to ensure accuracy of reporting.
• Assist with compensation system administration and process improvements.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and leaders to provide guidance.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to reporting and efficiency.
