Job summary

SkyChefs, a leading aviation culinary and services partner, seeks a Legal Operations & Paralegal Specialist to join its team at the Irving, TX headquarters. This hybrid onsite role supports regulatory, governance, litigation, and contract management across the company.

You will handle regulatory filings, document preparation, contract workflow, and liaison with counsel, with opportunities to impact a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Three to five years of paralegal or equivalent experience.
• Paralegal certificate required.
• Expertise in litigation support activities and contract management.
• Basic understanding of corporate governance, regulatory and compliance concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; PowerBI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory filings and governance requirements across jurisdictions.
• Support litigation and dispute management; organize case files and deadlines.
• Manage contract lifecycle including NDAs and vendor/customer agreements.
• Support contract intake, review, routing, execution, renewal and record retention.
• Perform administrative duties: processing invoices, budgeting, filing updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external counsel.
