Job summary

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in a related field, or a HS diploma with 6 years of relevant experience; familiarity with UCC matters is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in paralegal, legal assistant, or banking roles.
• HS diploma/GED with 6+ years in lending, operations, compliance, governance or litigation.
• Experience with UCC matters, titling and security interests is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, revise, and maintain legal forms and templates for lending and leasing projects.
• Provide guidance on matters such as UCC, titling, security interests, powers of attorney and trusts.
• Review documents to determine required actions and next steps.
• Support management with daily operations and handling of sensitive transactions.
