First Citizens Bank seeks a paralegal to support its in-house legal counsel in a hybrid role based near Jacksonville, Florida or Portsmouth, New Hampshire. You will draft, revise, and maintain legal forms and templates for lending and leasing projects and assist with vendor agreements under attorney guidance.
You will review documents for UCC matters, titling, security interests, powers of attorney and trusts, analyze legal matters, and contribute to improving legal processes while handling
This is a hybrid position that will sit in or near Jacksonville, Florida or Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
This position provides support for the Bank's in-house legal counsel. Addresses questions and concerns from clients, associates, vendors and management. Creates and maintains legal documentation. Reviews customer or vendor requested changes to lease and loan documents, where appropriate creates addenda, seeks guidance from attorneys on unusual or complex change requests. Compiles and analyzes documentation related to legal matters. Supports the continuous improvement of legal processes and capabilities to meet evolving business needs.
