Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on paid search experience across Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Proficiency in keyword strategy, match types, Responsive Search Ads, extensions, bidding, and budgeting.
• Comfort with GA4, conversion tracking, and UTM strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Support campaign planning, keyword research, ad copy, bidding, budgets, and trafficking.
• Monitor performance and compile reports with trends and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrated campaigns.
• Use AI tools to improve analysis and copy development.
