Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Radiology PACS Applications Analyst to support enterprise imaging environments, including PACS, dictation, and AI platforms. The role collaborates with radiologists, managers, and vendors to ensure smooth operation of imaging workflows and interfaces.

The engineer will lead projects, troubleshoot complex tickets, and coordinate testing/go-live activities across multi-team environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with enterprise imaging applications and PACS ecosystems.
• Ability to own tickets, incidents, and project deliverables through to completion.
• Strong communication skills and documentation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects and technical workstreams.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Support radiology systems and interfaces.
• Facilitate security architecture reviews (SARs).
• Lead root-cause analysis efforts and vendor discussions.
• Coordinate testing and go-live activities.
• Produce status reports and maintain documentation.
