Job summary

Nova Biomedical is seeking an assembly and packaging specialist to join our manufacturing team in Waltham. You will assemble and package reagent kits on an assigned packaging line, and perform additional production tasks to meet demand.

Responsibilities include setting up lines, conducting in-process inspections, and operating packaging equipment. The role requires basic math, good attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• Able to read and write English and follow instructions.
• Must be able to perform basic math and counting with accuracy.
• Must be able to work alone or as part of a team.
• Related experience in manufacturing or production is desired.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package on an assigned packaging line for various kits.
• Be flexible to perform on any section of the packaging line as required.
• Set up the assigned packaging line and perform packaging duties.
• Conduct in-process inspections and document findings.
• Operate packaging equipment including tape machines, pallet jacks, conveyors, and racks.
• Other duties as assigned.
