Job summary

Nova Biomedical in Waltham, MA is seeking an entry-level packaging associate to assemble and package reagent kits on a packaging line. You will follow the Assembly Procedure, assist with line setup, and perform in-process inspections to ensure quality.

The role requires basic math, accuracy in counting, and the ability to read and follow instructions. GMP knowledge is a plus, as is the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and counting accuracy.
• Able to work alone or in a team.
• GMP knowledge is desired.
• OSHA safety standards knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package on an assigned packaging line for various kits within the established time frame.
• Assist with setting up the assigned packaging line.
• Conduct in-process inspections/verification of packaging material and products and document findings as needed or as specified in the AP.
• Independently perform specific packaging tasks as required.
• Operate packaging equipment, including taping machines, pallet jacks, conveyors and related devices.
• Other duties as assigned.
