Job summary

Topco Associates is seeking an Sr. Packaging Operations Specialist in Itasca, IL. This hybrid role requires three days in the Itasca office and two days remote weekly, focusing on coordinating packaging projects from intake through completion.

You will manage timelines, costs, and deliverables, collaborating with Brand Management, Sourcing, and agencies to ensure brand-aligned packaging across products. Strong PM skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years in retail/CPG packaging, marketing ops, or related field preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Initiate packaging projects and ensure assets, approvals, and information are complete and accurate.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and cross-functional workflows.
• Coordinate with internal teams, creative agencies, suppliers, and external partners on timing, cost, and quality.
• Maintain accurate project data within packaging workflow systems.
• Support packaging operations and follow-up with partners as needed.
• Ensure packaging projects align with brand identity and objectives.
