Job summary

Topco Associates LLC is seeking a Sr. Packaging Operations Specialist in Itasca, IL for a hybrid role, three days on-site and two remote.

The position coordinates packaging projects from intake to completion, tracks costs, and collaborates with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate has strong project management, analytical, and communication skills, with experience in packaging operations, brand management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in retail, CPG, packaging, marketing operations, project management, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience managing detailed, time-sensitive projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate packaging projects and ensure project information and approvals are complete and accurate.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and workflow activities across multiple packaging initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to address timing, cost, or quality questions.
• Maintain accurate project information within packaging workflow and project management systems.
• Support packaging operations and project-related follow-up with internal and external partners.
• Support the execution of packaging for Topco Own Brands ensuring alignment with brand identity and standards.
