Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Engineering, or Industrial Design.
• Experience with mechanical CAD systems is preferred.
• Good 3D visualization and mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with CNC programming is a plus.
• Ability to design, fabricate and test packaging for customers.
• Able to work with databases to organize heavy design projects.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design engineered packaging solutions using CAD and digital technologies.
• Collaborate with sales teams to diagnose problems and implement cost-saving solutions.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing and R&D to find optimal solutions.
• Analyze data to identify trends and root causes, and recommend actions.
• Develop innovative and patentable packaging solutions.
• Perform integrity tests using ISTA, ASTM and related protocols.
