Job summary

Biogensys is seeking a Procurement-Card & Travel Programs Administrator in Newark, NJ. You will oversee the P-Card and travel programs, issue and monitor cards, set limits, and ensure policy compliance.

The role includes coordinating travel arrangements, processing expense reports, and supporting vendor contracts to optimize costs. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and at least 5 years in procurement or finance, with strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field; 5 years’ experience in procurement or finance.
• Experience managing P-Card or travel programs is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process P-Card and Travel Card applications and approvals.
• Maintain and monitor card programs; set spending limits and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide training and support to cardholders; assist with expense reports and audits.
• Prepare month-end reporting and participate in program improvements.
