Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Sales Rep - Property & Casualty in the Dallas/Plano, TX area. This hybrid role focuses on building relationships, prospecting, and opening new business while solving risk management challenges.

You will conduct product demonstrations, manage a CRM-driven pipeline, and travel quarterly within the territory. The position offers a base salary of $60,000 to $65,000 per year with uncapped recurring commissions, in a hybrid Plano, TX environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business development, sales, or client-facing experience.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Texas Property and Casualty License or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel quarterly within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
• Manage leads, outreach, and pipeline updates through a CRM platform.
• Conduct virtual and in-person product demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and internal team members.
• Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and present solutions.
• Travel quarterly within the territory (approximately 25%).
