• Document collection activity in applicable systems (FIS Insight, Sales Management, PeopleSoft, Cyber/Collect).
• Review accounts overdrawn due to service charges or activities and process eligible accounts for closure per procedures.
• Accept and process authorized debit/credit card payments for checking/savings obligations via designated payment system.
• Explain overdraft program, account status, payment options, and disclosures clearly and respectfully.
