Responsibilities

• Manage overdrawn and charged-off deposit accounts via calls and written communication.
• Document collection activity accurately in all systems.
• Process payments and negotiate payment arrangements within authority.
• Explain overdraft program and available resolutions clearly.
• Escalate complex or high-risk accounts when needed.
• Maintain compliance with Bank policies and regulations.
