Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive digital marketing solutions with a base salary and uncapped commissions. In a hybrid work setting, you will develop a high-velocity book of business across local SMBs and deliver value through digital ads, reviews, and SEO.

Expect strong earning potential: Year 1 on-target earnings $85,000–$95,000 and Year 2 $106,000–$125,000, with comprehensive training and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Sell digital marketing solutions via partnership model.
• Sell Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold call business owners and prospect within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments.
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
