City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Executive for our Central Maryland operation. This hybrid role covers Towson and surrounding counties, driving new business through end-to-end sales processes and strong relationship-building.

The position offers uncapped commissions, full cycle ownership, robust training, and clear path for career growth. OTE starts at 90k+ first year and 125k+ second year with base plus commission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• 2-3 years successful B2B sales experience with a hunter mindset and achievement.
• Sales training certification (Sandler, Dale Carnegie, etc.) is a plus.
• Demonstrated track record (2 full calendar years, IE 105% of sales goal).
• Proficiency in CRM systems and strong data organization.

Responsabilités

• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through outreach and networking.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Initiate the sales process: schedule appointments, understand needs, present solutions, negotiate wins.
• Close deals by building rapport and handling objections.
• Keep CRM pipeline organized and updated.
