Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Sales and Inside Sales, with a focus on outbound prospecting and lead follow-up.
• Strong Account Management abilities, including building long-term relationships and managing a portfolio of clients.
• Experience delivering effective Sales Presentations and communicating value propositions to diverse audiences.
• Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to respond promptly to client needs and resolve issues professionally.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and travel within the Dayton Metropolitan Area as needed.
• Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or a related industry is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, basic office software, and reporting on sales activities and results.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, sales, or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales presentations and meetings with prospective and existing customers to identify opportunities.
