Job summary

Pasadena Villa Outpatient – Richmond seeks a Community Outreach Liaison to connect clinical partners, clients and families with resources and to educate the community about eating disorder treatment services in the Richmond area.

The role is hybrid with up to 50% travel and involves relationship-building with referral sources, guiding admissions and coordinating financing options to support clients’ entry into treatment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience in clinical admissions and business development in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local and national leadership to build strong community partnerships.
• Schedule and conduct tours with referral sources, clients and families.
• Guide clients to appropriate treatment options and admissions.
• Determine clinical and financial viability of potential admissions.
• Coordinate with admissions decision-makers and business office on financing options.
