Job summary

COMHAR, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Contractor Outpatient Therapist to deliver evidence-based behavioral health services across our three locations.

The role focuses on comprehensive assessments, collaborative recovery planning, and individual or group psychotherapy for adults, children, and families with co-occurring concerns. The position offers a hybrid schedule (3 days remote, 2 days in-office) for 30+ hours per week, Spanish-speaking candidates welcomed, and licensure supervision

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LSW) or pre-licensed with supervision.
• Experience in behavioral health and substance use.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bio-psycho-social assessments and recovery planning.
• Provide individual and group therapy for mental health and substance use.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and supervision.
• Develop measurable, recovery-focused treatment plans.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.
