Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field is required.
• Active licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, or equivalent) or pre-licensed with supervision.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required with strong reading/writing skills.
• Experience in behavioral health/substance use field.
• Experience providing mental health or behavioral health therapy.
• Licensure supervision available.

Responsibilities

• Provide recovery-oriented screenings and bio-psycho-social assessments.
• Offer individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and supervision to coordinate care.
• Develop treatment plans focusing on recovery and functionality.
• Complete clinical documentation and required paperwork timely.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and mandated trainings.
• Maintain professional and ethical interactions in all services.
• Assist clients to increase community tenure and independence.
• Manage active caseload with outreach and discharge planning.
