Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field or related specialty.
• Licensed clinician with applicable state credentials or pre-licensed with supervision.
• Experience in behavioral health/substance use and therapy delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bio‑psycho‑social assessments and develop recovery plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence‑based practices.
• Participate in multidisciplinary care meetings and supervision.
• Document clinical encounters and track progress with standardized tools.
• Coordinate care, discharge planning, and community resources.
