Flagship Therapy is seeking a Part Time Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant at Kirkwood Manor in New Braunfels, TX. You will join an in-house therapy team and help deliver patient-centered rehabilitation under a Physical Therapist supervision.

This role combines onsite work with a partner ALF and mobile outpatient visits, offering opportunities to influence care plans while enjoying a supportive leadership and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist Assistant license is required.
• New Grads are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and device use under supervision.
• Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to adjust treatments as needed.
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other providers.
