Flagship Therapy in Keller, TX is seeking a Full Time Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant for a mobile Skilled Nursing rehab program with paid travel time. The PTA will work under a Physical Therapist, performing screenings, developing care plans, and delivering necessary rehabilitation to geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, and develop care plans with supervision.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments under a Physical Therapist.
• Administer procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities and wound care.
• Provide consultation to patients, families, and other providers about physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.
