Vital Therapy is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house therapy team at Cibolo Creek Health & Rehabilitation. You will work under the supervision of licensed therapists to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to an interdisciplinary approach.

Qualifications

• Must hold Texas PTA license.
• Experience working in skilled nursing/post-acute settings preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.

• Monitor patient progress and document responses to therapy.
