Job summary

CHEF’STORE, supported by US Foods, is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to design and scale a comprehensive training platform. The role focuses on leadership, professional and functional development across the organization, ensuring learning is applied to improve performance.

The position is hybrid, onsite in Rosemont, IL or West Linn with three days on-site and two days remote. A strong background in instructional design and measurement is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive needs analysis, instructional design, material development, instruction, training implementation, measurement systems, and learning project management.
• Well versed in Adult Learning principles and teaching methods.
• Proficient in prescriptive instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, AGILE).
• Experience creating learning with instructor led, eLearning, blended formats.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate leadership, professional and functional development programs.
• Partner with leaders to define learning needs and key messages across stakeholders.
• Develop training materials and interventions to improve job performance.
• Measure and ensure learning effectiveness from storyboard to delivery.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.
