Job summary

Crutchfield is seeking an Order Support Specialist to join our SWVA Customer Care Center in Norton, VA. You will review orders, contact customers, verify details, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate fulfillment.

We offer onsite training for 4–5 weeks, a $16.05/hour starting wage with a potential quarterly bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. After training, a hybrid schedule with two remote days in Virginia is available.

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order issues following procedures.
