Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review online customer orders to ensure information is complete and determine next steps for processing or shipping.
• Contact customers by phone to verify order details, resolve discrepancies, and provide order-related support.
• Validate billing information and product compatibility to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Document order reviews, customer interactions, and actions in company systems.
• Follow procedures while using independent judgment and coordinating with internal departments to resolve issues.
