Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in business, telecom, or related field preferred.
• Experience in data entry, order processing, customer service, or telecom work preferred.
• Basic knowledge of telecom terminology preferred (circuits, bandwidth, service IDs).
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and teamwork orientation.
