Segra is seeking an Order Coordinator I in Charleston for a full-time, hybrid role. You will support order fulfillment by accurately entering and processing service orders, reviewing documentation, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet delivery timelines.

This entry-level position offers training across telecom service types in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (Associate's preferred), strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

• Data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in data entry, order processing or telecom-related work preferred.
• Familiarity with telecom terminology (circuits, bandwidth, service IDs) preferred.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
