You will learn and perform accurate entry and processing of service orders, review documentation, and use internal systems to support on-time delivery in a fast-paced telecom environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience in data entry, order processing, customer service, or telecom work preferred.
• Basic knowledge of telecommunications terms (circuits, bandwidth, service IDs).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Strong communication skills and team orientation.
