Job summary

Segra is seeking an Order Coordinator I in a hybrid role based in Lincoln, NE. The position focuses on accurate entry and processing of service orders, reviewing documentation, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role is entry-level, with an emphasis on learning foundational telecom processes, tools, and service types in a fast-paced environment. Three in-office days are required weekly with two remote days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business, telecommunications, or related field preferred.
• Experience in data entry, order processing, customer service, or telecom-related work preferred.
• Basic knowledge of telecommunications terminology (e.g., circuits, bandwidth, service IDs) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a team-oriented environment.
